Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and product gaps.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and wireframing to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Drive key performance metrics (KPIs) and analyze user data to make data-driven product decisions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure sprint velocity meets project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully launching SaaS or consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude), and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
