Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and rankings.
- Develop and execute organic search strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page and off-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other third-party tools.
- Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or technical environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Algorithms (Core Updates, Panda, Penguin, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
