Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to incoming support tickets via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Customer Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for clients in a timely manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical solutions in the CRM system.
- Remote Support: Utilize remote desktop tools to assist clients with setup and configuration.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve escalated issues.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
