Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's local area networks and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Implement and maintain security protocols and firewalls to protect organizational data and privacy.
- Conduct regular system audits, updates, and backups to ensure system integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy new applications and hardware solutions.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations for future reference.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Systems Administration or Network Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site support in Fort Worth and Georgia offices.
