Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of our applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Tech Stack Management: Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application within our projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, along with RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
