Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead technical architecture decisions, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in React and Node.js (TypeScript preferred).
- Strong experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and caching strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup culture.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
