Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Optimize database performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead API development and integration with third-party healthcare systems
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node.js
- Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3) and serverless architecture
- Strong background in healthcare IT compliance (HIPAA, HL7)
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and GraphQL
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
