Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure release stability.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
