Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and implement solutions.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure robust functionality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and CSS/Tailwind.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
