Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for El Paso-based applications
- Manage AWS/GCP infrastructure across multiple geographic regions
- Automate security compliance checks for US data residency requirements
- Lead Kubernetes orchestration for microservices deployed in El Paso
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with US teams during core business hours (GMT-6)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE with cloud infrastructure experience
- Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- AWS/GCP certifications (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Strong Python/Go scripting abilities
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Proven track record of cross-continental collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
