Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as sorting, packing, and loading goods with speed and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain standard industrial machinery and hand tools in a safe manner.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company quality control procedures.
- Work in outdoor and warehouse environments, adjusting to changing weather conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production quotas.
- Complete daily checklists and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B visa or be eligible to obtain one for the 2026 season.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills for following instructions.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
