Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Assist with event setup, venue maintenance, and cleanup to ensure a pristine and welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours and busy weekends.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations at all times.
- Handle inquiries professionally and resolve guest issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one (no work permits required).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
