Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless workflow and service standards
- Manage team of 8-12 associates with real-time performance coaching
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during shifts
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash management
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate shift reports and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality/logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-pressure weekend rushes
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, SAP)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
