- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and brand standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with reservation systems and payment processing software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Nevada Gaming License (will assist with application process)
