Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
- Assist with event coordination for weekend guests
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (including nights)
