Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across weekend brunch/lunch services
- Manage reservation systems and optimize seating capacity
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain pristine venue standards during high-traffic periods
- Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality/customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Proficiency in reservation management systems
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Boston's culinary scene
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's permit
