Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest services at luxury resort properties
- Participate in shadowing sessions with department heads (Housekeeping, Events, Concierge)
- Support cultural exchange initiatives and international guest relations
- Complete rotational training across hospitality departments (Food & Beverage, Sales, Operations)
- Document learning progress in digital training portfolio
- Attend weekly professional development workshops
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives in resort operations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or graduated within 12 months from a post-secondary institution
- Eligible for J1 Visa sponsorship (must be a student/recent graduate from home country)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Passion for hospitality, tourism, or customer service industries
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email systems)
- Valid passport and ability to obtain J1 Visa sponsorship documents
