Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow of the seasonal department.
- Ensure strict compliance with all H2B visa regulations and labor laws.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for peak season.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of seasonal employees to ensure high service standards.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to upper management.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
