Responsibilities
- Assist with harvesting, sorting, and packing seasonal produce under direct supervision.
- Operate standard farm equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure strict food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily production quotas.

- Perform physical labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
