Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure optimal output.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished products.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical schematics.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
