Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms and in-person assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate documentation

Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligible for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills with cultural competence
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
