Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings under supervision during training
- Accurately document patient assessments and medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as per facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in clinical rotations across specialties
- Complete all training modules and competency assessments
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Foreign nursing degree equivalent to US ADN or BSN
- Active nursing license in home country
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 90+)
- Passing score on CGFNS/NCLEX readiness assessment
- Valid passport and eligibility for US visa
- Background check and health clearance
