Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth nursing services via secure virtual platforms
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans remotely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain via compact)
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and digital literacy skills
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B/OPT sponsorship available)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
