Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Document all patient care activities, observations, and interventions accurately.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- BSN degree preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (ICU, ER, or Med-Surg preferred).
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1B, Green Card, or TN Visa).
- CPR/BLS certification and ACLS certification preferred.
