Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical examinations and recording medical history, symptoms, and observations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed practitioners.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide patient education and health promotion activities to support recovery and wellness.
- Document all patient care activities, including treatments, medications, and reactions, in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required).
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
- Eligibility for Visa sponsorship (H1B, H1C, or Green Card) is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume medical environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical protocols and technologies.
