Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities, including assessment, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and care management.
Qualifications:
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BSN degree preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (must be open to Visa Sponsorship).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN or specialty certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Manage medication administration and IV therapy.
- Respond to emergencies and critical care situations promptly.
Qualifications
- Active CA RN License.
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Visa sponsorship eligibility.
- CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
