Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing search, school transfers, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precision
- Provide personalized guidance on local amenities, cultural resources, and neighborhood fit
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate agents, temporary housing providers)
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing individual client needs and concerns
- Track relocation milestones and maintain comprehensive case documentation
- Conduct post-move satisfaction surveys to continuously improve service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build trust during stressful transitions
- Strong knowledge of Baton Rouge housing markets and community resources
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with reliable transportation
