Responsibilities
- Coordinate housing searches and neighborhood tours for relocating clients
- Assist with school district information and community resource referrals
- Manage relocation logistics including utility transfers and service connections
- Develop personalized welcome packets with local insights and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Track client satisfaction and relocation outcomes
- Collaborate with full-time team members on complex relocation cases
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or relocation assistance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Reno-Sparks area neighborhoods and amenities
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital mapping tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
