Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation services for incoming professionals and families
- Partner with local vendors to secure housing, schools, and community resources
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique client needs and preferences
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide personalized support throughout transition
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, and service providers
- Track relocation progress and ensure timely delivery of all services
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate case files
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or client services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of New Orleans housing market and community resources
- Proficiency in CRM and case management software
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
