Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for new Madison residents
- Build personalized relocation plans based on client needs
- Partner with housing specialists for temporary/permanent housing solutions
- Facilitate school enrollment and community integration
- Manage vendor relationships for moving services
- Track relocation budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transition
- Document all relocation activities in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or coordination role
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Experience with relocation logistics preferred
- Knowledge of Madison area neighborhoods a plus
