Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and community integration
- Develop customized relocation plans for corporate transferees and their families
- Partner with local vendors to provide housing tours and neighborhood orientation
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements with precision
- Conduct post-move satisfaction surveys and implement continuous improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for all relocation inquiries and concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or customer experience experience
- Exceptional knowledge of Cincinnati neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
