Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for incoming professionals
- Partner with housing providers to secure temporary and permanent accommodations
- Develop customized relocation plans based on individual/family needs
- Facilitate community orientation tours and resource connections
- Manage vendor relationships for moving services and household goods
- Track relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or client services
- Proven experience with relocation software (e.g., Relocation Pro, TRC)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Certification in Relocation (PRC or GMS preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
