Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees
- Partner with local vendors (real estate, schools, services) to build Fort Wayne-specific resources
- Conduct virtual home-finding tours and neighborhood orientation sessions
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Provide personalized cultural integration support for relocating families
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or mobility experience
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Fort Wayne housing market and community resources
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
