Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages including housing, moving logistics, and cultural integration
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees and families throughout transition
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships with moving companies and real estate partners
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing individual needs and concerns
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes for 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with immigration specialists for international relocations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in corporate relocation or mobility programs
- Proven success managing complex relocation logistics and budgets
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMC) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, Worldwide ERC)
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel locally
