- Coordinate housing searches, school transitions, and community integration
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Facilitate cultural orientation and local resource navigation for relocating families
- Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the relocation process
- Maintain detailed documentation and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or customer service leadership
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveSmart)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong knowledge of Louisville's neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
