Responsibilities
- Manage entire relocation lifecycle from pre-move planning to post-move follow-up
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (movers, housing agencies, legal teams)
- Develop customized relocation packages based on employee needs and budget
- Provide cultural integration support for international transferees
- Maintain compliance with relocation policies and tax regulations
- Track and analyze relocation metrics to optimize processes
- Act as primary point of contact for employees during relocation transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate relocation experience
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Experience handling international relocations and visa processes
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
