Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Proven success in developing client-focused relocation strategies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Toledo housing markets and community resources
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation a plus
