Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation packages for incoming/outgoing employees
- Manage housing search, school enrollment, and community integration services
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing cultural and logistical challenges
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, realtors, temporary housing)
- Track relocation budgets and provide detailed expense reports
- Act as primary point of contact for all relocation-related inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or client-facing logistics role
- Proven expertise in Bay Area housing markets and community resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloTracker, MoveDesk)
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRMP or similar) preferred
- Spanish language fluency strongly preferred
