Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing search, school enrollment, and community orientation
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor partnerships for moving services, temporary housing, and household goods shipment
- Provide cultural assimilation support and local resource referrals for incoming talent and families
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing unique needs of transferees across diverse industries
- Track and optimize relocation program metrics while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with HR departments to align relocation strategies with talent acquisition goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or high-touch customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and vendor relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure relocation scenarios
- Certification in Relocation (GMS, CRP, or similar) preferred
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct local area tours
