Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for employees and families
- Develop customized relocation plans with housing, schools, and community resources
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Provide cultural assimilation support and local area orientation

- Act as primary point of contact for relocating employees

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
