Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for domestic and international clients
- Develop personalized relocation plans including housing, schools, and community integration
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate moving services
- Provide cultural training and destination orientation for relocating employees
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the relocation process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation management or HR coordination
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation software and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
