- Design and manage comprehensive relocation packages for domestic and international candidates
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for moving services, housing, and logistics
- Develop relocation policies ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards
- Provide end-to-end support to relocating employees from offer acceptance to community integration
- Analyze relocation program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create customized relocation solutions
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in relocation coordination or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of relocation industry standards and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and relocation management software
- Experience managing relocation budgets and vendor relationships
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
