Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle relocation logistics including housing searches, school transfers, and transportation arrangements
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing client needs and budget constraints
- Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Provide cultural orientation and community integration resources for relocating families
- Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the relocation process
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or customer service coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working with relocation vendors and third-party service providers
