Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees
- Develop personalized relocation plans including housing, schools, and community integration
- Partner with vendors to manage moving services, temporary housing, and expense reimbursements
- Conduct cultural orientation sessions about Alaskan lifestyle and workplace norms
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Act as primary point of contact for relocation-related inquiries
- Collaborate with immigration specialists for international transfers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation coordination experience
- Proven ability to navigate complex relocation scenarios
- Strong knowledge of Anchorage housing market and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and relocation management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for urgent cases
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
