Responsibilities
- Coordinate door-to-door moving logistics and vendor partnerships
- Conduct personalized neighborhood tours and housing searches
- Facilitate school enrollment and community resource connections
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Provide 24/7 support during transition periods
- Develop customized relocation plans for diverse client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service
- Expert knowledge of Baltimore neighborhoods and resources
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification in Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
