Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for corporate and individual clients
- Coordinate with moving companies, real estate agents, and service providers
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing housing, schools, and community integration
- Handle relocation budgets, expense reimbursements, and documentation
- Provide cultural orientation and area-specific guidance to relocating families
- Utilize relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker) for case management
- Maintain compliance with corporate relocation policies and regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation services, HR, or customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relocation management software
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certification in Relocation (ARP/CRP) preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills highly valued
