- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for clients moving to Louisville
- Partner with housing providers, schools, and community resources

- Handle documentation and compliance for relocation programs
- Provide exceptional client communication throughout transition
- Track relocation metrics and optimize processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on relocation initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service leadership
- Expertise in Louisville's housing market and community resources
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
