Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with medical standards.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols and hospital policies.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Vital Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vitals and health status, reporting any significant changes immediately to the charge nurse.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) documenting patient progress and interventions.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in stabilizing patient conditions as required.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania).
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for Visa Sponsorship (H1-B, H1-C, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and families.
