Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
- Assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or eligible for compact license).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with experience.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1B, Green Card).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/ENPC preferred based on unit specialty.
