Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in clinical nursing practice.
- Eligibility or willingness to obtain US work authorization and Visa Sponsorship (H1-B, J-1, O-1, etc.).
- CPR and BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on unit).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
